The Viet Nam Investment Consulting and Construction Designing Joint Stock Company before is the Consultants, Designers and Constructors Corporation (CDC), established in 1991, is one of the leading Consultants under the Ministry of Construction, operating on the principle of self accounting, independent business. CDC has recently privatized according to Decision 38 /DC-The Ministry of Construction dated 01/10/2007 and received ISO 9001 Certificate granted by AFAQ ASCERT International (AAI) of France.

Consisting of over 250 professionals and support staffs, who are consultants, designers, constructors and relevant specialists with international and local experience in all fields of construction - designing consultant for residential areas, civil construction, industrial construction, traffic, irrigation, infrastructure development and environmental improvement projects v.v.…

CDC trade name is more and more getting prestige and advantages in the construction consultancy field. In 2004, CDC was awarded the metal of “Vietnamese Gold Star” by The Vietnam Young Business Association.

CDC make an investment to upgrade profesional copyrighted software for  designing works as: Designing and analysing software of high rise building – ETABS of CSI company (Berkeley University – USA), ground stress analysing and deformation software for basement designing work, retaining wall … - SIGMAZ - GEOSLOPES software of Geoslope International Ltd., (CANADA). We are the Vietnam sole Distributors of the Geotechnical Software GEO5 for the FINE Ltd. (Czech Republic) and Structural Software: PROKON (England).

CDC's business is to provide partial or package of consulting services in a wide range of construction activities are as followed:

 

Form and assess constructional investment projects of civil construction, industrial construction, traffic, irrigation, infrastructure development and environmental improvement;

Site and geological survey ;

Detailed design planning for urban, residential and industrial areas;

General consulting tender, designing and forming total cost estimation for projects of civil and industrial construction , traffic, irrigation, infrastructure;

Investigating technical design and total cost estimation;

Projects management, constructional technical supervision of civil and industrial, traffic, irrigation, infrastructure and environmental improvement projects;

To form inviting- tenders document, tender consulting;

Investment consultant services (not including financial and legal consulting).

Interior and Exterior design and execution;
